This year's Point In Time count was conducted on Thursday, January 24th 2008.

    The Homelessness Housing and Assistance Act (ESSHB 2163 - 2005) requires an annual count of homeless persons in Washington State (See RCW 43.185C.030).  CTED is providing survey forms and a database for counties and agencies to use for their counts.  Counties can opt to use thier own forms/system to conduct their homeless count, as long as the count is in compliance with the state guidelines linked below.
