2008 CDBG Management Handbooks are Available

CDBG created a technical site (FTP) to access the handbooks online, including electronic forms.  If you experience any technical problems or need forms or sections emailed to you, contact (360) 725-3019.

 2008 Action Plan is Available 

The 2008 Action Plan explains how CTED will distribute the funds received from Housing and Urban Development, specifically from CDBG, the Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESGP), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids (HOPWA) programs.  Annually, the Action Plan formally amends the state’s 2005 – 2009 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development.  To request a hard copy of the 2008 Action Plan, call (360) 725-3019.


 2008 CDBG Income Limits Are Available 

The income limits for all Primary Metropolitan Statistical Areas and non-metropolitan counties in the state of Washington are available.  They are effective January 1, 2008 for existing and new CDBG projects, as outlined in the 2008 CDBG Income Limits Cover Letter below.

This analysis identifies impediments to fair housing choice in rental housing transactions, home mortgage financing transactions, and public policies and processes.
