You may also download a self-extracting ZIP file containing each of the ten sections.  Click on the link below and save the file under the filename "6560DRFT.EXE" to your hard drive.  Make sure to remember which directory you save the file to.  Using File Manager, Windows Explorer or the "Run" command under the Windows "Start" menu, go to that directory and run the 6560DRFT.EXE file by double clicking on it.  This will extract the PDF files and place them in the same directory as the 6560DRFT.EXE file.  You may then open the PDF files by double clicking on them or using the File-Open command in Acrobat Reader.

These documents are drafts and staff will continue to work through November on additional research, analyses and writing, including section summaries and an overall executive summary.  We invite you to provide written comments regarding the content and analysis in the draft report.  We will post all comments we receive at http://www.cted.wa.gov/energy/archive//6560/comments so that staff and other stakeholders can easily review them.  Please submit electronic comments by Monday, November 30th, to wepg@ep.cted.wa.gov.
