What's New?
 
 The 2008 Action Plan explains how CTED will distribute the funds received from Housing and Urban Development, specifically from CDBG, the Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESGP), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids (HOPWA) programs.  Annually, the Action Plan formally amends the state’s 2005 – 2009 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development.

Consolidated Plan 2005 - 2009

The Consolidated Plan is a five-year plan required by HUD that reveals the critical housing and community development needs in Washington and describes how we will use approximately $33 million from HUD to address these high priority needs.
