The Grant and Loan Services Unit provides technical assistance, financing services and targeted lending to assist small and medium-sized businesses in obtaining loan capital for start-up and expansion projects that create or retain jobs, stimulate private investment, increase the local tax base, and strengthen community economic vitality.
