Policy Advisory Team
What is the HTF Policy Advisory Team?
The Policy Advisory Team (PAT) represents the broad array of interest groups that comprise the low income housing development community.  The PAT is chaired by a member of the Affordable Housing Advisory Board (AHAB).  The Chair of AHAB, in consultation with the Managing Director of the HTF and the Assistant Director of the Housing Division, will appoint the Chair of the PAT.
 
The purpose of the PAT is to review and discuss options for improving current administrative policies and procedures and make recommendations to the HTF.
 
Who are the current PAT members?
Paul Purcell currently serves as the chair of the PAT. View the Policy Advisory Team membership list for the full roster of official PAT members as of January 2008. 
 
When are the meetings held?
In 2008, the meetings will be held:
 
  • March 26th
  • July 1st
  • October 8th
  • December 10th.
Are meeting summary notes available for past PAT meetings?
Yes, notes are taken for each of the meetings and are posted here on the PAT webpage as soon as they are available.
