Washington Coalition Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund BackgroundThe Washington State Department of Commerce (Commerce), in conjunction with its local partners King County/City of Seattle, the City of Tacoma, and the City of Spokane have received awards totaling $6,300,000 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) since October 2000 to fund a Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund (BCRLF) program. The Department of Ecology provides technical review of the cleanup projects.
