New Policy Advisory Team (PAT) Meeting Dates NEW!
 
The PAT summer and fall meetings have changed to Tuesday, July 1st and Wednesday, October 8th.  The winter meeting will be occuring at the originally scheduled time on Wednesday, December 10th.  More information about the PAT can be found here.
 
 
Spring 2008 HTF Funding Round NEW!
 
The Spring 2008 funding round list has been updated, and now shows those organizations and projects who have returned for Stage 2. Thirty-three (33) organizations moved forward, bringing 34 projects to the Housing Trust Fund. The total requested amount came to $48,210,262 for the provision of 1,237 units and 175 beds.  Click here to view the complete list. (03/28/08)
 
Homeownership Round Awards Announced.
 
As a part of its Winter 2008 Homeownership Funding Round, the Washington State Housing Trust Fund has awarded $6,088,500 to 16 homeownership projects for the provision of 157 affordable housing units  A broad range of projects are being funded including projects serving farmworkers, the physically and developmentally disabled, and low-income households in general.  This funding round allocated $3,488,500 towards housing in rural communities, representing the majority of the funds available.  Staff will be working with organizations to set contract terms and conditions in the coming weeks. Spring 2008 HTF Funding Round
 
A list of organizations and projects that applied for funding in the Spring 2008 funding round is now available.  39 organizations brought 44 projects to the HTF, requesting $60,367,232 for the provision of 1,925 units and 203 beds.  Click here for more information.
 
Affordable Housing Inventory for the State of Washington 
 
In 2007 the Washington State Legislature instructed CTED to prepare an inventory of housing assistance programs. The inventory will provide a detailed technical assessment of affordable housing in Washington. Download the Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 07-94105-400 to learn more about the RFP and for instructions on how to submit a proposal.
 
The RFP was amended September 17, 2007. The amendment extends the due date for bids to September 26, 2007 1200 PM PST, and makes other changes in the acquisition schedule.
